Data Notes

  • Data have been age-adjusted to the U.S. 2000 standard population.
  • This is Healthy New Jersey 2020 (HNJ2020) Objective AS-1. Data for White and Black do not include Hispanics. Hispanic ethnicity includes persons of any race. The number of deaths due to asthma among Asians is too low to calculate reliable rates.
