How the Measure is Calculated

  • Numerator:

    Amount of government funding allocated to nursing homes
  • Denominator:

    Total amount of government funding for long-term care

Data Issues

The calculations for 2018-2020 include only the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Nursing Facility (NF) costs. In prior years, all costs were calculated.
