Shows a dialog that allows you to toggle on/off the ability to apply your currently selected dataset query filtering criteria and display options (as applicable) to all subsequent dataset query requests (until turned off or until you end your session on this site).

This feature helps users when doing studies by auto selecting certain filter values and display groupings. For example you want to look at different survey datasets where you are interested in only females for a subset of counties for certain years and to always display a certain map and bar chart.
