• Individual birth, death, and marriage certificates are maintained by the Office of Vital Statistics and Registry. Go to their website to order certificates and check on requests.

• Go to covid19.nj.gov for all things related to COVID-19. NJSHAD has no involvement with the COVID-19 dashboard or response efforts.

• Requests to post links to non-governmental websites will not be granted.

• Organizations are welcome to request a live demonstration of NJSHAD that showcases the data and tools available in the system. During the presentation, the organization can request additions to the system and discuss their data needs. Please note that we do not provide demonstrations for individuals.
